Registration Information
You may complete the registration document online by visiting Student Services / Student Registration (osceolaschools.net). Once you create the parent portal, you can upload the following required documents into the portal:
- student's birth certificate
- Parent/guardian's photo ID
- 2 proofs of residency (1. Mortgage statement, property tax records or current rental/lease agreement and 2. current utility bill)
- Immunizations on the FL 680 form
- Physical less than 12 months from the start date of school
Once you complete the online registration, please email NCESregistration@osceolaschools.net with the following required document (you may also scan or take picture of this documents):
Completed health form. The fillable form is below.
Any educational records if available, including Exceptional Student Education records-IEP/504

The Verification of Address (Verificacion de Residencia) is only required to be filled out by parents/guardians
who are sharing housing and do not have a formal lease/rental agreement or mortgage/real estate tax documents in their name.
